STC file extension

This file stores a three-dimensional model which was exported from a Shade 3D model to a format recognized by Manga Studio. The file is generated using the "Shade to Manga Studio" add-on that is provided with the Manga Studio EX software. It may be imported into comic books that were designed using Manga Studio. STC files store models of comics characters.

Celestia (multiplatform program which is used for generating three-dimensional simulations of the universe) data file with instructions for how to draw stars in the universe. STC file is automatically loaded at the Celestia startup if the file is stored in the correct folder. Custom STC, DSC and SSC catalog files must be stored within the "/extras-standard/" subfolder of the Celestia installation directory.

StarOffice template file which is used to generate a new spreadsheet file, These templates are still supported by the new OpenOffice.org software and were generated by the Calc application provided with StarOffice. OTS OpenDocument format is now used by OpenOffice.org to save spreadsheet templates.

It allows users to reuse connection data and distribute it among website developers. Contribute opens a connection to the remote server and shows the remote files when STC file is double-clicked.
