Crytek CryENGINE SDK (software that is used to develop 3D videogames) file which is used for animations. Since this file format is not suited for skeletal bending parts it is used for vehicle animations rather than character animations. ANM animation file is used along with CGA file for animating the vehicle. Character animations are defined using CHR files.
