SEQ file extension

PowerTracks Pro Audio (digital audio sequencing application) audio project file with audio and MIDI tracks that may be played back at the same time. It also contains such digital mixer preferences as track volume, panning and effects. These files can also contain such song structure data as verse and chorus sections and also key signature and tempo information. MIDI information from a SEQ file may be opened using a piano roll format or as a musical score.

This is a plain text file with a DNA sequence stored using FASTA format. It is usually generated by processing an AB1 file and trimming the low-quality bases from the sequence. This way SEQ files are shorter than AB1 files and may be opened using most DNA sequencing applications or viewed using a text editor.

NorPix digital video recording program file with a collection of pictures stored as a sequence which may be played back as a video file. It can be created from a video camera recording or from individual frames which are recorded by a frame grabber. StreamPix program can be used for exporting SEQ files to a default video format like AVI or MOV.
