iMovie '08 (also known as iMovie 7) movie project file with a timeline and references to video clips, effects, audio tracks, transitions and other preferences. These files are located in the "~/Movies/iMovie Projects/" folder. There is no "Save" option in this application because it saves video projects on the fly. iMovie projects may be imported into Apple Final Cut Pro X by choosing "File" → "Import" → "iMovie Project...".
