Movie Edit Pro (MEP - a software that allows users to create movies) file with a backup of a MVD movie file. This file is automatically generated at regular intervals and used to recover corrupted or lost MVD files. The backup interval can be specified in the System Settings window of Movie Edit Pro program. To recover the oroginal movie file you should select "File" → "Load Backup Movie" option.
