S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (first-person shooter (FPS) video game) configure file with such settings for video game engine as the physics model preferences, graphics and weapon parameters. This file uses a plain text formatting and can be modded for cutomizing the gameplay. Game engine properties can be adjusted through the in-game console (accessable by pressing tilde "~" button). Console adjustments are stored in the "User.ltx" file that is saved in the game installation folder. Main "User.ltx" files are stored in the "C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Shared Documents/STALKER-SHOC/" folder in Windows XP and in the "C:/Users/Public/Documents/STALKER-SHOC/" folder in Windows Vista and Windows 7.
