LST file extension

LightScribe Template Labeler (disk label generating software) disk label template file with a label design which is used as a starting point to generate custom designs. LightScribe optical drive is used to burn the final label design to the top of a CD or DVD. LSL extension is used for default label designs.

GRand Unified Bootloader (GRUB - a multiboot bootloader that is used to run several operating systems on the same machine) system file with menu options for showing the bootloader screen menu during system startup. This file defines such settings as the operating system names and hard drive partition for the operating system. It can also define the standard operating system a timeout. "Menu.lts" file is located in the "/boot/grub/" directory by default.

This file stores a listing of different types of data and is used by different applications (for example MS Visual Studio). It can be exported from a spreadsheet or database application or can contain a list of files that should be installed by a program installer. LST files can be opened and edited using a text editor due to their plain text formatting.
