TomTom Navigator GPS program travel itinerary file with travel routes and points of interest which are stored as an ASCII text file. This file marks locations as pass-by locations or destination points and flags them as visited or not visited. Every line in this file includes four fields with such information as longitude in WGS84 format, latitude in WGS84 format, name of the specified point and flag (a specific number). These files are located in the "/My Documents/TomTom Navigator Settings/" folder in Windows. ITN files may be downloaded from Internet or created by the user. You can transfer ITN files from computer to a TomTom GPS device using USB connection.
