This is a header file with characteristics of a bitmap picture in the Q0 format (Japanese 24-bit RGB graphic format). The file is usually stored along with the Q0 file (can be saved with a RGB extension). RGB file stores the actual graphic data and the FAL file stores the header data which may be viewed using a text editor, but it is not recommended to open or edit this file.
