DIVA-GIS geographic data analysis software export file with a DIVA-GIS project (DIV) file and all the layers referenced by the project. The file is stored in a compressed format that can be shared via email. Select "Project" → "Export Project" option within the program to create DIX file. You can import these files by choosing "Project" → "Import Project" option.
