Autodesk programs (for example AutoCAD or Revit) license file with information that is used to validate a purchased copy of application. This file is used during a "cascading" license setup when a network installation of the program may be used by several networked PCs. CAS files are often saved with filename "CascadeInfo.cas" and are stored in the "C:/ProgramData/Autodesk/ADLM/" folder in Windows Vista and 7, in the "C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Autodesk/ADLM/" folder in Windows XP and in the "/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Adlm/.config/" folder in Mac OS X.
