BC file extension

Adobe Bridge (software that is used to manage files used with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) programs) file browsing cache with metadata that is automatically produced by the program when a user browses pictures. This cache is used to summarize graphics data more faster. BC files are stored with BCT files that include graphic thumbnails for the cache. Cache files can be centralized or distributed, meaning that they are located in one place or provided to each directory being browsed. Users may set the caching feature in the program. BC files use the filename "Adobe Bridge Cache.bc". You can delete BC and BCT files safely, Adobe Bridge will recreate them the next time you preview files in the program.
