Line 6 POD HD500X Edit (software that is used for editing instrument sound effects) preset file with preferences for various effects like "FX", "AMPS", "Mixer" and "Controllers". Such parameters as bass, tone, treble, tempo, channel volume, speed and tempo sunc can be customized for these effects. 5XE files are stored in the "/My Documents/Line 6/Tones/POD HD500X Edit/" folder in Windows and in the "/Documents/Line 6/Tones/POD HD500X Edit/" folder in Mac OS. Previous versions of the program used H5E files instead of 5XE files.
